Personalizing patient-education materials

Registered users who have set up their professional profile can customize the patient education materials with their logo and/or signature. Go to Patient Education and select a topic or a search term to browse our library of materials. Click on "Find Content" and follow the steps outlined on the results page. After you print these materials, you can save your customized content to your favorites folder.

My Profile

Click My Profile located on the navigation bar at the top of the page to view and edit your profile information, including your email address, password and mailing address.

Ordering samples

Thank you for choosing Colgate products. At this time, we are no longer able to offer toothpaste samples via on-line or telephone request.

We value your business and would like to help you provide free toothpaste to all of your patients. Colgate offers multiple free goods programs as part of our Colgate Premier Plan, including our "One for One for One" offer where you can receive one free toothpaste and one floss with every toothbrush purchased.

Signing up and logging in

To sign up or register, click Register located in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Follow the steps on the registration page. After signing up, we will send you an email confirmation. Once you are a registered user, all you will need to do is enter your username and password in the upper right-hand corner to log in to the site. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password? located directly underneath the log-in button.

Signing up for the Enewsletter

To subscribe or unsubscribe to the Colgate Professional Enewsletter, click here. If you are already a member, you must login to update your subscription status.

Using the educational materials

As a registered user, you may use our articles, images and videos to create a printed piece, an email, or a file for your own website. Go to Patient Education and browse our library of materials by selecting a topic or search term. Click on "Find Content" and follow the steps outlined on the results page.

Getting images and videos

As a registered user, you can place links to videos and images on your own website for patients to view. Go to Patient Education to browse our library of images and videos by a select topic or search term. You can also go directly to the Images and Videos link within the Patient Education section. Once you have located the image you want to put on your site, simply click "Add this image to your website", copy the html code provided and paste the code directly on your site.

What is a news feed?

A news feed is news that is delivered directly to a web browser or a web page. There is also a desktop tool that can collect your news. To gain access to the ADA Professional news feed, click here.
