Product Description
Peroxyl is a patented oral wound cleanser for temporary use to cleanse canker sores and minor wounds or minor gum
inflammation resulting from minor dental procedures, dentures, orthodontic appliances, accidental injury, or other
irritations of the mouth and gums. The gel formula makes it easy to apply directly to the site of irritation.
Oxygenating action removes debris allowing natural healing to occur.
Directions
Cut tube tip at score mark. Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply several drops to the affected area
of the mouth. Allow to remain in place at least one minute and then spit out. Use up to 4 times daily after meals
and at bedtime or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children under 12 years of age should be supervised in the
use of this product. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a dentist or physician.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: 1.5% (w/w) Hydrogen Peroxide
Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Poloxamer 407, Sorbitol Solution 70%, Ethyl Alcohol 5% (w/w), Poloxamer
338, Polysorbate 20, Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, Sodium Saccharin, and FD&C Blue #1.
Warning
Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. Do not use this product for more than 7 days unless directed
by a dentist or physician. If sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; if irritation, pain, or redness
persists or worsens; or if swelling, rash or fever develops, see your dentist or doctor promptly. Avoid contact
with eyes.
