Orabase Paste with Benzocaine |
Directions:
Cut tube tip at score mark. Adults and children 2 years of age andolder: Gently dab on the affected area with a cotton swab or fingertip; a protective film will form in thirty seconds. Use up to 4 timesdaily or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children under 12 yearsof age should be supervised in the use of this product. Children under2 years of age: Consult a dentist or physician.
Active ingredient:
Benzocaine (20%)
Inactive ingredients:
Cellulose Gum, Flavor, Pectin, Plasticized Hydrocarbon Gel, Preservatives, Tragacanth Gum.
Warnings:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use this product for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist of physician. If irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens; or if sore mouth symptoms persist for more than 7 days; or if swelling, rash, or fever develops, see your dentist or physician promptly. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, or other "caine" anesthetics.
